We agreed on $20, and since then, it has gone beyond a contractor-client relationship to a true friendship. In 2020, we decided to remodel the interior, and Acacio handled every project piece by piece, working side by side with his crew in addition to supervising. One thing we learned pleasantly is he took responsibility to complete every project, which included the master bathroom, flooring throughout the house, fireplaces, ceiling fixtures, kitchen countertops, tile work, bar area, lighting, powder room, and eventually all the bathrooms. He met every challenge as we presented it to him. He had to rent a lift to install a new chandelier in our high ceilings, and he even helped us with a custom-designed fire pit with waterfall features. He also provided us with his trusted network of contractors. It's been a great pleasure to know him, his crew, and his family."
